(the ?Association?) will be held by ZOOM video conferencing\, as determined and approved by the Directors\, in the Province of British Columbia\, as follows:\n\n \n\nDate & Time: Thursday\, June 25\, 2020 at 12:00 Noon (Pacific Time)\n\n(Foundation AGM is at 12:30 PM)\n\n \n\nPlace: Zoom Meeting ? Please register in advance: AGM Registration \n\n \n\nUpon registering\, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.\n\n \n\nThe Annual General Meeting of the Association is called for the following purposes: \n\n \n\n1. To receive the report of the Directors\;\n\n2. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Association for the last financial year of the Association ended December 2019 and the Auditor?s report thereon\;\n\n3. To elect Directors of the Association\;\n\n4. To consider and\, if thought fit\, to pass as special resolutions\, to amend the Bylaws of the Association\, in the forms attached hereto\;\n\n5. To appoint KPMG or such other firm as may be determined by the Directors as Auditors\, and authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of such Auditors\; and\,\n\n6. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting.\n\n \n\nPLEASE NOTE: There will be no Member attendance at the meeting. Due to COVID-19 restrictions\, this meeting is being conducted by video conference.
